The British Institute of Archaeology at Ankara exists to promote and undertake archaeological research in Turkey and the Black Sea littoral. Currently it is sponsoring some 12 fieldwork projects ranging from the Neolithic through Classical and Byzantine to Ottoman. Its Archaeological Monographs and back issues of its journal Anatolian Studies are distributed by Oxbow. BIAA members receive a 20% discount on all publications - except those already reduced.
