INSTAP Academic Press (Institute for Aegean Prehistory)

The Institute for Aegean Prehistory (INSTAP) was founded in 1982 to support projects relevant to the history of the Aegean world from the Paleolithic to the first Olympiad. In 2001, INSTAP Academic Press was started to help publish the results of these projects. The Press is a refereed scholarly publisher of primary source material from archaeological excavations at sites in use during the Prehistoric Period in the Aegean World. All publications are in English.
